The UK Home Office announced that applicants are allowed to submit a visa application or other migration documents without the results of the secure English Language Test and the Life in the UK Test.
Life in the UK Test centers stopped their work due to the coronavirus pandemic and are still closed as of the end of May 2020. English test centers do not work as well.
Now the Home Office lets applicants submit documents for a visa, indefinite leave to remain and others residence status categories without the above-mentioned test certificates. If the certificate is mandatory to obtain a visa, the immigration officers will postpone the decision on your case until the test centers resume their work and you pass the required test.
Our agents are closely monitoring all the changes in the UK immigration law enforced by the COVID-19 situation to help you find any answers you seek.
